Returns & Refunds

We hope every parcel from Cha Cha Chan arrives as intended, carefully packed and ready to be brewed. Because we work with food products and small-batch teas, our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.


1. Tea Products (Loose Leaf, Sachets, Food Items)

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for tea products once they have been opened.

However, if:

  1. You received the wrong item
  2. Your order arrived damaged
  3. There is a quality issue with the product upon arrival please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.


2. Packaging & Non-Consumable Items

Unused, non-consumable items (e.g. tins, containers, accessories, cloth packaging) may be eligible for return if:

  1. The item is unused
  2. It is returned in original condition and packaging
  3. We are notified within 7 days of delivery
  4. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be borne by the customer.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email address] with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed:

  1. Back to the original payment method
  2. Within 5–10 business days after confirmation
  3. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


5. Sale & Limited-Edition Items

Items marked as sale, limited-edition, or seasonal releases are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


6. Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original purchaser.
