Our teas are packaged directly by the farms or producers at source.
We do not repackage, reprocess, or alter the tea leaves after receiving them. This ensures the tea reaches you in the same condition and quality intended by the producer.
Q: Do you blend or modify your teas?
No. We do not blend, flavour, or modify our teas ourselves.
Each tea is offered in its original, genuine form, exactly as produced by the farm. This preserves authenticity, traceability, and the character of the tea.
Q: Do your teas contain additives or flavourings?
Our teas are minimally processed and free from artificial flavourings or additives unless clearly stated.
Q: How should I store my tea?
Store tea in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and strong odours. Reseal packaging properly after each use for best freshness.
Q: Can I return or exchange tea products?
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened tea products are non-returnable. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or notice a quality issue upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days.
Q: Can I return packaging or non-consumable items?
Unused, non-consumable items in original condition may be eligible for return. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: How long do refunds take?
