Every order from Cha Cha Chan is prepared and packed with care. As a small-batch tea brand, we focus on accuracy, freshness, and thoughtful fulfilment rather than mass dispatch.


Order Processing


  1. Orders are processed within the next working day after payment confirmation
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.



Shipping & Delivery Timeframes


Estimated delivery times:

Singapore: Approximately 2 – 4 working days

Overseas: Delivery times vary based on destination, courier service, and customs clearance.


Delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by public holidays, courier delays, or customs processes.



Local Orders within Singapore


  1. Enjoy complimentary doorstep delivery within Singapore for orders of $50 and above.
  2. A flat $5 delivery fee applies to orders below $50.



International Orders


Shipping fees (if applicable) are:

  1. Calculated and displayed at checkout
  2. Based on destination, parcel size, and weight
  3. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.


For overseas deliveries:

  1. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient
  2. Cha Cha Chan is not able to advise on or absorb these charges
  3. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing in the destination country
  4. We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.



Lost or Delayed Parcels


We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

If your parcel is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with investigation.



Incorrect Shipping Details


Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.


Cha Cha Chan is not responsible for:

  1. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  2. Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients


Any re-delivery or return-to-sender fees charged by the courier will be borne by the customer.
